Federal form 4473 preparation fee is $23 for each firearm and $5 for each additional firearm transferred the same day
Virginia Background Check is $2 per 4473.
Outgoing transfer fee is $35 for handguns and $55 for long guns. Includes shipping.
Incoming transfer process:
- Purchase the firearm(s) from an individual or dealer
- Inform us where to send a copy of our Federal Firearms License
- We will contact you when your firearm(s) arrives
- Background check and Federal and state forms will be completed when you pick-up your firearms
NFA (Class 3) Firearms
Incoming transfer fee is $45 per item, effective on transfers arriving after 1 March 2021.
Incoming transfer process:
- Purchase the firearm(s) from an individual or dealer
- If from a dealer, let us know where to send our FFL/SOT
- If from an individual, trust or corp, a Form 4 must be completed. The $200 tax will be paid by the buyer or seller
- We will contact you when your firearm(s) arrives and provide further instructions and complete a Form 4
Once the Form 4 is approved we will contact you to pickup your item. We can ship suppressors direct to Virginia residents.
