ORDER CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS
NFA firearm order cancellations will incur a 10% cancellation fee and only applies to orders where the ATF transfer process has not been started and the return request was made within 7 days of purchase.
If the BATFE transfer process has been started, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount. If we have not initiated the BATFE paperwork, and a return is requested after 7 days from the order date, a restocking fee up to 35% will be applied to the refund amount. Incoming transfers, orders 14 days or older and those orders that have shipped do not qualify for a refund. The NFA tax is not refundable.
Accessory returns will incur a 10% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of order delivery in original unopened packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping fees for returns to Hansohn Brothers are the sole responsibility of the customer. Should the product come back with missing parts, damage or in an unsellable condition due to customer tampering, it may result in a higher restocking fee.
Manufacturing issues will be handled through the product manufacturer, not through Hansohn Brothers.
Defective products should not be returned to Hansohn Brothers without prior approval under any circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for defective products unless the product has been determined to be defective by the manufacturer and their return process has been completed. Any defects with products must be brought to our attention prior to a return. Hansohn Brothers can assist you in working with the manufacturer towards resolution, if requested.
ONLINE PRICE and DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.
If an item’s description contains an error such as incorrect price and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Hansohn Brothers will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
All orders are shipped promptly from our in-store inventory within 48 hours using USPS.
Hansohn Brothers provides a tracking number upon order processing. If you do not receive a tracking number by email, please email or call us. If a lost package is a result from a mistake by Hansohn Brothers, we will replace the lost parts or provide a full refund. If a lost package is the result of a USPS mistake, please contact your local USPS office. Hansohn Brothers cannot reimburse orders that were mis-delivered by USPS or stolen from a property.
NFA items will be held until BATFE paperwork has been approved.
SILENCER SHOP ORDERS
Silencers purchased from the Silencer Shop website will not be charged a transfer or other fees unless shipping is requested.
Silencers purchased from our inventory and the form 4 processed through Silencer Shop will incur a $35 fee.
