Six months ago I bought a suppressor from Talon Outfitters for over $1,000. The representative helping me seemed to be somewhat distracted and after we finished the purchase he showed me the Silencer Shop kiosk and told me to put my information in to get my ATF stamp. I had no clue what I needed to do and after struggling a while I got the sales person back over to help. He was not interested in helping and gave me minimal assistance, it was very frustrating and he seemed annoyed with me for my ignorance on how to use the kiosk. I finally got to the point where I finished the information, fingerprints, and photo, then paid my $200 to ATF and left. Six months later I checked with ATF and they had no record of the suppressor serial #. Went back to Talon and found they had not attached the serial number of the suppressor to my paperwork for ATF. Now, after wasting six months my aprox 8 months wait has to start over. Would have given them a one star except I have dealt with Talon before with satisfactory results.
